Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Please allow 2-3 business day to process your order. Expect an email within 5 business days to let you know your order is on the way.

Local Pickup:

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup in Okotoks, AB, Canada.

Flat Rate Shipping:

We are happy to ship to Canada, USA, and the UK at this time. Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days of ordering. Canada Post's standard delivery is usually 10-12 days. 

We offer the following standard shipping options:

FREE shipping of orders over $140

Flat Rate shipping $15 for orders under $140

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. PIPER LILY™ Skincare is not responsible for delays that occur due to customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that any and all fees that you are charged are your responsibility. PIPER LILY™ Skincare will not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment
