Refund policy
PIPER LILY™ Skincare is made in small batches for optimal freshness. We understand if you’re not feeling the love but due to the hygienic nature of our formulations we can not accept returns. If you’re concerned if a product is right for you, we welcome you to try the trial size (5ml) and when your skin falls in love with it (we are confident it will), you’ll receive a discount on a 30ml bottle in the future. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions or concerns about a specific product. All Skincare sales are final.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, please send a photo of the damaged items to info@piperlily.ca within 24 hours upon receipt of your package. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We may ask you to send us the broken item.
